Who we are
We, the Interdenominational Women Ministers' Alliance of Southern California(IWMA), are an assemblage of women with diverse experiences and backgrounds dedicated to serving and advocating for the best in our communities. We are women of high energy, working and supporting on behalf of women and girls in the areas of health, education, and spiritual empowerment.
Our Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to encourage fellowship among women ministers, to allow them to minister and network with each other. Additionally, the purpose encompasses community outreach services providing food, clothing, and shelter to the homeless, visiting the elderly at their homes and their nursing homes and providing the names of agencies where help can be obtained. Counseling, encouraging, and helping people in need is also a focus of our organization.
